Account and registration
During registration on buktiqq, you provide your email address, username, mobile number, and a strong password. Payments and transactions
buktiqq does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. If a deposit does not appear in your account after subject to verification, check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the payment went through. If the money left your account but did not credit buktiqq, contact support via the Help Center with your transaction ID or bank reference number. We investigate and manually credit your account if we confirm the payment was received. For withdrawals, if your request is pending longer than the stated processing window, do not submit a second request — contact support with your withdrawal reference number instead. Duplicate requests may cause delays or complications.
